Stefan Salvator getting a new love interest?

So We are now watching season 4 of the vampire diaries and it may look like Stafan is going for a new love interest. Has he dumped Elena and gone for another girl.
 Paul Wesley was interviewed at this years Comic Con and he had said Stefan may end up losing Elena and having to find a new love interest. So what do you think?
